hey hey- its your MIA Faery :(

I know I haven't been around as much as I normally am, and I miss you all gobs and gobs. i think last week sucked all of the life out of me physically and mentally. Yesterday I spent the day in my PJ's and took a nap after lunch- that os so mot like me.

I am off in a couple of mins for Scott's Lyme dr. The kids are off from school, and I still have to get up early. blergh!

Huge hugs! I hope to spend Wed-Friday catching up with everyone!
 
Missed you Chris, but glad you are taking care of you. I was busy with my conference and driving. I took today off and plan to get my life together- well- maybe my house together. I know that we will have off and on weather today with storms coming today. A good day to get stuff done- hoping to plant peas and clear flowerbeds of old dead stuff. We shall see- oh must put in there, scrapping, quiet time and scrapping.
 
Sally- wonderful to spend beachy family time and time with a teen!

Meg- how is the iron coming along- less fluttering

Nana- still busy as usual?

Trudy- how is your jaw doing?

Just a quick pop in to say hi and spread some Monday cheer!!! It's a beautiful day filled with fresh starts!! (actually it looks like it's gonna rain here, which is much needed and looks super COZY!!!)

I have a couple of quilt blocks to get finished today and into the mail! yipeee!!! Love this business!!!

Going to rain here as well, but will not stop my parade of activities, if i can't garden outside I can do so inside- well I can clear the basement clutter to enable the planting of a new floor in the future! I did treadmill, and have new digi stuff to do and a huge list of layouts that must be done this month!
 
hello hello....husband is HOME!! although he got delayed in Chicago for 4 hours!!! eeks!! so instead of getting home around 3...he didnt get home til after 7 :( but he did make it home LOL YAY!!!

i have no idea what im doing today....need to upload a few LO's i've made over the last couple of days....
 
Kristy- enjoy having your husband home- mine just left- till then end of the week, but I don't have kiddo's to contend with, just furry children!
 
Morning everyone... Horray the sun is shining today, but booo its back to work today :hurt:. Only for a short shift today and then hoping to go for a long walk with my MG!! Ate way too much turkey yesterday for FIL's birthday dinner and suffered most of the night with heartburn. When will I ever learn???

Chris - You are allowed to have a day where you do nothing you know!! It was probably just what you needed!! Take of you sweetie!! Hope all goes will with Scott's appt.!

Laurie - I hope you get the chance to get out in your garden!! My jaw is doing very well, thanks for asking!! No more pain and I can eat pretty much everything again (but I am paying for it LOL)

Sally - thanks for the Monday :cheer2: hope your day is great and you get your quilt blocks done!

Kristy - Glad that your hubby got home safely to you!

Well better get going and get some breakfast for MG and myself, something nice and light as I think I am still full of turkey :wave:
 
I got a little bit of gardening done, and now due to rain I am back in- I did become inspired for a layout- spring cleaning with before and after photos of my gardening- now to get it done!
 
yeah i'll enjoy it while it lasts as he'll probably be taking off to baltimore next month for 3 weeks for work *sigh*
 
I can't find my glasses so I'm going to have to skip personals until I pop my contacts in!

Jeff left at dawn today to go fishing, so riley and I are still in bed cuddling! My heart is better today, no fluttering at all! Wooo!! But my allergies are driving me nutso. I'm also exhausted from Jeff waking me up super early after staying up late because he wants me to become a krazy couponing lady and had me reading the articles on that site. I couldn't get back to sleep after he left this morning.

Gahhh I guess I better get up and do something, or crawl back under the covers... hmmm...
 
ohh and...

ok so a year ago before we moved we had a plumber come out and fix something in our house...turns out a small piece of plastic about 2" in diameter costs 85 bucks....grr if i wouldve known that BEFORE they did that i would have said no way...but anyways...they took down my credit card...right in front of me mind you...apparently he wrote it down wrong...HOW i dunno he was LOOKING AT THE CARD HE WROTE IT NOT ME....and so they called me a few weeks later and i told them i was not going to give it to them over the phone so they were like can we send someone out to get the info i said sure why not....so they were supposed to come out the next day..well no one showed up so i was sitting in my house all day waiting for them...called them up said uhh no one showed up so we set up ANOTHER date for them to come out never showed up....okay third time no one showed up....and after that i called and no one returned my phone call...well after that we got busy with fixing up the house and putting it on the market and me packing and cleaning all day every day to keep it clean etc etc...i forgot about it...until today....i get a letter saying i have 10 days to pay the 85 dollars or they are sending it to collections okay...fine....why they just didnt send a BILL is beyond me....but anyways i open up the very next letter in my mail stack...THEY FRIGGEN ALREADY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS....are you kidding me?!?! so now im MAD!!!! and i have been trying to call them ALL FRIGGEN DAY!!! and im very irratated and im not sending this collections agency a single dime....one...i looked them up on the nebraska website they are NOT licenced to collect anything in nebraska...so legally they have no grounds to collect anything from me...and i have a feeling im gonna be on the phone all day trying to get these people to actually TALK to me about this....like seriously why wouldn't they send out a bill??? i mean hello how hard is that?
 
Kristy -- yeah, the whole collections thing is so murky and mucky -- I've been fighting a doctor's office that botched a procedure on me, botched their billing, and even when I did pay the final amount -- they still sent it to collections. I haven't gotten anything yet on my credit report, but it makes my stomach churn because I still get phone calls.
