Wishing you all a fab day! I worked yesterday, and I'm in such great shape. My calves and my thighs are aching from me doing something else than sitting still. I wish I could say work was hard, but really? How hard work is working at the library really?! I sure need to be less couch potato!

Today, I'm lazy, and plan to read all day. At least until I need to start preparing dinner. We're having spaghetti today, and .... I know I'm going to shock you all now ... but I plan NO KETCHUP on my spaghetti today. I'm thinking of frying up some garlic, some onion, or maybe leek, olives, walnuts, and whatever veggies I find.

But here's a photo of our dinner a couple of days ago, to soften the blow if that shock:

Hi Eva! Glad to see you! I'm more of a couch potato than I need to be, too! Love your ketchup photos!

Good Morning!
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
Rainy weather for us. That's OK. I'm in that mood today! HA! No walking, either! IBS has my attention today. I do have a grocery order I will need to pick up after while.
Going to start working on my May Monthly Review and then try to catch up on my daily Scripture ATCs.

@vickyday Oh, don't get me started on the weather. Monday we had sun & 25°C (77°F). Yesterday was beautiful too. Today it's 50 shades of grey & 10°C (50°F). Forecast for tomorrow is 3°C (37°F) ... and maybe snow!!! I do really hope we'll only get rain though.

It's like all for seasons in the same week!

It rained all night and is chilly and gray this morning. Good day to do laundry. Will be going to a "meet and greet" for a candidate for governor this evening, so I need to get all my points down succinctly on a card to pass on to her staff. But that does mean it will be an early dinner. It's our 49th anniversary and here I am, foisting a quick-and-easy dinner on my poor husband then deserting him. We decided to celebrate our anniversary by paying the plumber for our clogged drain and Costco for our replacement patio furniture. So romantic.

Scandinavia is one of the places on my "want to visit" list but I could be talked out of it.
3° reminds me of a vacation we took in Nova Scotia a long-ago June. I had the radio alarm set to wake us up, and when it turned on, a guy was giving the weather report. I vividly remember the man said 3°, because I sat straight up and said "What the #$^^" in shock. In my just-awake state the whole concept of being in Canada and Celsius degrees was totally out my mind.

Morning ladies... just popping in to let you know I am still alive and kicking! The shingles vaccine hit my Gary and I very hard and we have been dragging our butts around for the past week. Today we are hiking and going on a lovely one very close to home. I am dealing with some issues with my left eye also, not sure what is going on with that, its been blood shot and itchy for a long time now. Not allergies as I went to the dr. the other day and she ruled that out, but she is not sure either. So I see my optometrist on Monday. I will be stepping down at the beginning of June and will send out coupons and GC's one more time, but then its on to new things. I still will pop in here once in awhile to see what kind of mischief everyone is up to, and see how much ketchup mess there is for @faerywings to clean up!! BTW @tanteva I used to love putting ketchup on my macaroni too, sadly I can't eat macaroni anymore, but it did bring back a great memory!! Anyway I gotta go and get ready for my hike. Have a great day everyone!! :waving3:

I know exactly what you mean! I hope you don't get snow, however! Our temps are cooler this week, but not THAT cool!

Your anniversary sounds about like ours!

Glad to hear you are feeling better for your hike, anyway! Hope nothing serious is going on with your left eye! Mark and I have eye appts. this Friday! My distance vision has gone to pot!

Morning, all. Thanks for getting this thread started, @tanteva ! Love your photo of pasta and ketchup.... and the big ketchup bottle. Yes... I spotted some big red drops scattered around here. Bet you left a trail for Chris so she will know she was missed. :giggle4: Hope she and the family are having a fun time in PA...

I managed to get all my errands ran yesterday and even managed to get all the laundry done, too!! DD#3 dropped by in late afternoon so we had a good visit. Talked to DD#1 this morning. She plans on being back here in the middle of next week. My sister is hoping to be here at the same time. Fingers crossed that those plans work out. Off to get some lunch and sit on the massager/recliner... the back and shoulders are aching. HAGD
