No one wanted to start the Ooo's yesterday?
Better late than never!

How is everyone's weekend going so far?

Yesterday was Caitlyn's Gym Fest- her gymnastics school does a year end program to show off what the kids worked on. Considering that she had to take 2 years off b/c she was sick, and has only been back for 12 weeks- she did awesome! So proud of her.

Today is my brother's b-day and we are off to his house for BBQ, although it looks like it is going to rain. I hope Gary is going to make it with us- he hasn't been sleeping much and has been feeling pretty sick..... I am used to doing the "single mom" thing so not a biggie-all it means is that I can only have a glass or 2 of wine since I am driving.

I was going to do some yard work this morning, but I think Ia m going to catch up on some scrapping/blogging. Tomorrow looks to be really beautiful- sunny and 70's, so it will be the perfect day to be outside.

I have been so bad w/ personals - I am just not feeling very chatty lately. Very withdrawn and introspective. Not feeling my "bubbly" self. But I do read all of your posts and think of all of you often.

I was watching Men Who Stare at Goats and when they showed Ft Bragg I immediately thought of Andrea and Clara :D

Nana Linda- how was dinner and your family? Hope you had a great time.

trudy- your photos are so gorgeous! Look at those plants! Your clematis is gorgeous!!!! Can I come and play?????

Stevie- how was your "girl time"?

Clara- I am so proud of you working so hard to get your finances in order- you rock!! Good luck with the party, deep breaths! Your frame is adorable- love it!

Sally- love love love the new avi! You are just adorable! There is always so much fun and excitement going on at your house, wish I could live closer and be part of it (think I would *ever* fit in with Texas?? hahah!)

Andrea- I can't wait to see pics of the new baby!! I wish that kittens could stay as kittens but just mature like cats LOL
I am going to check out the Raging Grannies now.

Have a great rest of the weekend!

ACCKKK!!! it's too hot to sit out there watching those games....but I will be there...probably with one of those water bottle fans...HAHA!! I came home to veg on the couch in a totally quiet house for and hour and half, and watched IT'S COMPLICATED!! LOVED THAT MOVIE!!! then I had to get ready..we went out to eat....and as I showed you the other day....it's so gorgeous....here are few of my pics: http://alookintonanasworld.blogspot.com/

TODAY.............MORE CLEANING!!!!!! I only have 4 days to get my list accomplished, then C-man will be here all day everyday!! Traci and I have been making a list of things to do this Summer....I am excited!!! The kids are going to have so much fun!!!

Morning Chris & Nana- I just lounged around yesterday and pretty much accomplished nothing- but today, up and shoes on- so much done already, so much more to do. Apparently while I was sleeping tornadoes hit north of us- but none near us- for that I am thankful. That is probably what I dislike most about this area- the warnings/watches are much more frequent. It is very windy today, and I am going to have some planting to finish up.

Morning all... I went all the way into the city of Victoria yesterday and the camera place was closed, now I will have to wait a few weeks before I can take my camera in to get it fixed :pout: But my hubby took me to dinner and then to the Sex in the City Movie. It wasn't too bad, probably would have been more fun if I would have gone with a bunch of girlfriends. But it was nice that DH sacrificed a violent man movie for me. He's the best :thumb: Cloudy here again today, yesterday was beautiful and we ate outside on the patio of the restaurant last night.

Chris you can come over anytime you like to weed in my garden!!
Nana Linda I just loved that movie "It's Complicated" lots of laughs!! :pound:
Laurie I will keep my fingers crossed that you do not get anymore tornadoes any where near you, those are scary!! :fear:
Hoping you all have a wonderful Sunday

Hi Girlies...
I'm sorry I haven't written for so a long time...
Last time I started a course to get a driving license... So I am going to lectures all the time, but I drived only once...
at school it is a little better now, I just know all my grades, I am even satisfied...
next weekend I have an exam (FCE), and I am worrying a little...
the biggest problem I have, is with the time - and its missing... I really need to spend some time with my Peter, but he works all days, I am nearly all days at school... I hate it all...
In Poland we have floods now, the second big wave is already going...
I'm fed up with everything... I need holidays...

no, the test will be after the course... I have to drive with my instructor 30 hours (I've only 1) and take part in 30 lectures (I've 6), but lectures aren't obligatory...
and my ratty is a little bigger, last time I bought her a new bigger cage, she already has her own little home, so she spends there all days and can be seen only at night :D
