Yoohoooooo!! It is safe for you to come out. I am much more positive today, pinky swear!
I didn't have a great day yesterday, I am still fighting with my computer. ACDSee won't install but I do have a trouble ticket. A few other glitches (more than a few but I promised to be positive) but hopefully they will get resolved.
The best news is that my mom's procedure went fine and she called me when she was home and settled. I think she still was under the influence of the anesthesia because she was goofier than normal. She has to be very cautious in how she sits and moves for 24 hours but I think after that, she will be good to go. I really hope that this helps. She was amazed at how much the blood transfusion made her improve.
Computer stuff took up the majority of my day and I got a small bit of stuff done here. I won't be able to scrap for a while since I don't know if I *can* scrap without ACDSee! hehehe
Cait and I are running to the pantry this morning. Gary's stomach has been in such bad shape he is going to try a gluten-free diet for a while to see if that helps. I am going to see if they have produce and maybe some more meat. I wasn't planning on going since we are good on canned goods ATM, but gluten-free foods are $$$$$$ which means I am going to have to tighten up on other items to stay sort of in my budget. Of course, the cookie consumption will go way down.
The sun is out and so far, it doesn't feel too humid so I plan to spend the afternoon outside.
Gratitudes:
-that my mom is home and seems happy, the medical staff at the place were super nice to her too and I know she needed that
-sunshine
-the FP
