Iiiiiiiiittttt's Friday!
I had the *strangest* dreams last night. I was driving my car on my street and hit one car and drove off. I turned around and tried to squeeze between two parked cars, scraping all along the sides. But the weirdest part was that my friend had asked if I wanted to go for a walk, and I hopped into my car and told her to catch up to me- while I am driving into cars along the way Hahaha! Bizarre
What kinds of strange dreams do you have? I am surprised that I didn't have my recurring"Terminator Dream" last night. I dream that I am hiding under the desks in the scene from the 1st movie and I am being hunted by someone/thing. We were discussing ChatGPT at dinner and sheesh, that is fascinating and terrifying at the same time. And haven't any of them watched the Terminator Movies?? Same thing when you see headlines: "Scientists splice dinosaur genes into a chicken egg." They should know better!
I was in a total tizz before I went to clean. Gary emailed me info on an oven, then I was looking for cheaper ones, couldn't find the size/specs of the one that we have now. I found all of the paperwork and the receipt but no specs on this particular model. Googling didn't help either, all of the links to it were dead. We got it in 2011 and I didn't realize it was that "old."
<~ insert me grumbling about how "they don't make them like they used to"
The rest of the day was fine. Scott had gone down to visit my parents and he said that they were on their best behavior. Good, it is about time. They also know that he would not take as much of their bickering as I do and he would have left. Nah- he probably wouldn't have left but he would have been able to charm them out of it better than me.
We worked on the Lego pirate ship for almost 2 hours after dinner while listening to sea shanties. We listened to bluegrass/fiddles while playing Thunder Mountain Railroad so it totally makes sense to listen to sea shanties while building a pirate ship. I mean-- don't *all* families do that?
Today is going to be a mashup of a lot of little things. Cleaning, running some errands, do some scrapping and Cheery O stuff.
I guess I have to work on the bills today too since I ignored that yesterday. *lalala*
The sun is looking good this morning, sparkly! Of course, we are supposed to get a snow/rain mix tomorrow- just in time to wait outside at the FP.
