Yay for waking up at 6 am.... not!
But at least that was better than my usual 5 am.

I am feeling pretty good today so far and I hope to get a lot done this morning so i can scrap later this afternoon.
What good plans do you have? Anything special for Valentine's day?

Kristy- hope your DD is feeling better

Linda S- oh your poor babies :( Hope that they feel better and that you can all get back on your feet

nana linda- hope that your day wasn't too crazy!

Kalyleigh- that is how Scott was except it was every time I hopped into the shower! hugs!!

Sally- have fun with your mom today!

Trudy- wow- your door got fixed faster and less expensively than you expected?? Go play the lottery hon, you are on a lucky streak.
Nope- not going to one more dr, unless this guy gets on my case with DYFS like the last idiot did. Actually- not if this dr gets DYFS involved, no-- this time I will have to get a lawyer.

Clara-- you made me dizzy trying to follow you around in my head!
I am sooooo happy to hear that E is doing great at school!!!! And good for you for getting all of your stuff together foir Red Cross. *you* are a rock star!

Take care, have a great weekend

Good morning Chris! Thanks for starting the O's for us!

I'm so excited...I woke up feeling pretty good. And I slept through the entire night...no kids needing medicine! What a great thing that is!

No plans for the weekend. I'm going to see if we can all take it quite slow and actually get well! Now I need to go check out what has been going on here in my absence.

Happy Saturday!!!!

I am not all wild about this weekend.....I have to clean today...then I am keeping kids tonight...I am excited to see my two little ones (Jesse and Jaiden) but I need a break!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As soon as I get them back to their Mom Sunday, we are having a family meeting about my MIL....some decisions need to be made and I am afraid that it won't happen.....I tell you ladies....my nerves are pretty much in a bunch today...and most of it this week is due to my MIL....Thursday afternoon she started calling me around 4:30, all upset about Vonnie (Mike's brother she lives with) was gone and wasn't coming home that night.....she called me 19 times between 4:30 and 7 pm.....NEEDLESS TO SAY...around 7..I unplugged the phone. Sounds mean...but I can't function like that!!!! And honestly I just can't be the one to deal with this...I have enough on my plate as it is. Sounds horrible to say this...but this time I have to say NO to dealing with this. Then yesterday I had the extra child...well....it sure gave me some answers into why Connor acts like he does.....she was a SNOT!!!!! and that made Connor act even worse here yesterday...kind of like he was allowed to get away with more because his big sister was here. I think a lot of the problem is these kids have no discipline!!! This girl is 8 yo...and she was snotty to Savannah....MOST 8 yo little girls LOVE LOVE babies!!! NOT HER!!! She told her Mom, when she got here to pick them up "Savannah got on my nerves really bad".......AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! OKAY KID.....YOU ARE NOT INVITED BACK!!!!!!! Anyway...I have put out orders to the family that after this weekend...I am to be left alone for the next few weekends....I need some REGROUPING time!!! Maybe even an impromptu..planned...getaway!! HAHAHA!! ...uuuhhmm the planning is a secret!!! HAHAHA!!! WHO NEEDS ME TO COME VISIT THEM????? and when I say NEED...I mean who is willing to wait on me hand and foot for a couple of days...HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! I see a massage in my near future...no kidding!!!

Okay.......enough griping.....I get a four day weekend next weekend...so that is good timing...huh???

Going to get another cup of coffee....then some personals....

Oh Linda...I was just catching up and saw the news about your mom. I can so relate...and it's tough being the daughter who has to step in and put her foot down...been there a few times recently. Now I read this...you do need a break...a real break. Thinking similar thoughts here...was looking at spring break getaways. (well as much as you get away when you are the mom of a 7 and 8 year old )

If we go somewhere, it's going to involve at least some amount of relaxing!

Laurie, you are such an inspiration with the walking! I think that I need to change things up here so that I walk on the treadmill first thing in the morning as well. By the time I get home at night, it never happens.

One thing that I plan to do this summer is to have Brian and the kids come in to meet me at a park near my work each day at lunch. There is a lake there and the loop around once is 2 miles. So I will take a lunch break (which I never do) and get in some exercise as well as spend time with the kids.

Chris, I read about your talk with Scott and I'm feeling a bit faint now. It's one thing to talk about biological reproduction...it's going to be quite another to talk about it in a personal sense. Sounds like you did great...especially when he said that he didn't have any idea what you were talking about. ;-)

Sorry that you need to keep dealing with the same issues with the doctors. Ugh...

Trudy, very good news on the garage door opener. It's those unexpected expenses that can really cause stress huh?

Oh Clara...the circus sounds like fun! And great news about Ethan and his teacher! Sounds like he's in the right place for sure! Sorry about the allergies! Not much in the way of allergies here right now...everything is still under snow. But I expect it all to be melted by this time next week....we've got 40 degree days in our future! YAY!

Chris...I think that Cait keeping a bunny is a good thing....good responsibility building!!! GOOD FOR HER!! and how sad to hear that 12 yo getting pregnant....but it's a good thing for Scott to hear...because kids need to know it can happen to anyone!!! But really...is it fair that a CHILD'S body is capable of this?? when their mind isn't???

Kristy....I hope Elyse feels better soon!! and I hope you made it to the store...no dinner would not be good!!!

Linda...poor Shaun!!! Hate that he has been so sick all week..but good to hear he is doing better:thumb: maybe some Mom time is just what the Dr ordered to get you both better!!

Kayleigh....I have the mental picture of you typing upside down holding the baby now!!! Sorry you and the little one are sick!!! I hope you both feel better soon!!

Sally....Hi sweetie...always so busy!!!! Show us your pics when you have them ready!!

Trudy.....A hot tub soak is what you need...with a little :champagne Happy you are getting back to your part time hours....I don't think I could do full time ever again. Crap...who am I kidding...I doubt I could do part time anywhere... Well...besides those 4 hours....hope you have a great weekend and get to scrap!!!

Clara...you sound like you were doing that chicken with it's head cut off thing!! HAHA!!! You will get it done.....the circus sounds fun....we take these kids when it comes to town here...but not this time...it was here last weekend and it just did not work out with Cameran's bday party at the same time!

CHRIS....YAYAYAYAY!!! for feeling good!! I hope you get everything done and scrap a BUNCH!!! No valentine's for us...we just don't really do it..as it's Traci's birthday...which is why I am keeping the kids tonight so she can go out with her friends to celebrate...we will do it here next week for her.

LindaS...thanks sweetie!! I know that you do relate about the MOM stuff!! and I hope you get your break too!! the trip sounds good and I am sure you can work in some relaxing in there!!! Somewhere WARM and TROPICAL so you can let the kids swim in the water while you sip a cool drink watching from the side!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

morning all - prayers to you all- for all your needs

Nana- you can come visit me-I'll wait on you- but better yet- just check into a local hotel for one night and enjoy yourself- make sure it has a spa and if it doesn't have a room bar- bring your own and a fancy wine glass- or better yet go shopping for one- don't tell anyone which hotel, and switch your cell phone off!! You need a mental health break.

LindaS- mornings work for me- and stickers on my calendar- actually I start with sunday and each day gets a letter YOUAREA and on the last A day I put a star!! Worked for me- got through 40 days with a set distance- speed optional- now I look forward to it- very scary indeed!!

Today- dance practice, going to the bank to pay off a loan, church and a fundraiser valentine night out. Tomorrow- get stuff done day and going out to dine and dance and we will be doing "our" dance during intermission for the live band- hope to see dance friends we haven't seen since december- should be lots of fun!

Good afternoon ladies - hope everyone is enjoying their Saturday!! I must get some groceries and then head to the Brew Store for some more wine kits, so hubby can get some more wine on the go. He has been so busy at work that the wine situation is getting behind in production. :rain: here today. One day off today and then its back to work tomorrow for 4hrs. yuk!!

Nana Linda - you can come and stay with me sister!!! I will wait on you hand and foot and I give a pretty mean massage also, at least thats what my husband tells me.
Sorry everyone, but no time for personals as I have to get a lot of things done on my list today and only one day to do it. Will try to catch up later :sorry:.

Chris -- WOOO for feeling good!!! and getting that extra hour of sleep!!! <3

Nana Linda -- come visit!!!!! I go nuts on the weekends because of my in-laws being in my hair, I need a distraction!!!!!!!!!!!!

Linda -- Hooray for being over your cold!!!!!!!

Laurie -- WOOO for paying off a loan!!! I hope you have a great time at dance!!!!!!

Trudy -- can I send my husband to hang out with yours? lol, he REALLY wants to make his own wine some day once we have some land to grow grapes on. It's one of the many things he's researched to death.

Well ladies -- I think today I'm going to relax and catch up on sleep. I was going to be more productive than that, but I'm so failing at sleeping without Jeff, that I'm exhausted. I can't concentrate on getting anything done! I might scrap later today, but ehhh not feeling like it. I feel more like reading wikipedia articles and memorizing more useless knowledge for my plan to someday win a game of trivial pursuit.

doot doot! so much for relaxing and doing nothing today... I redid my facebook fan page, and created a "Welcome" page for people who aren't already fans on facebook. You can view it by clicking "Welcome" under the main image on the page. I also redid the main image to showcase my newest kit :)

Now I need to go bake brownie bites!

**AAAAAHHHHHHHH**

It's like the angels have come down from heaven! WE FIGURED HER OUT!!! She's a belly sleeper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO we hold her up against our chest until she falls asleep and then we lay her down on her belly and she stays asleep!!!! OMG I feel like jumping around (but then I'd wake her up! lol) I CAN SCRAP AGAIN!

I have to go grocery shopping, I'll be back to post some LO's and post personals after I get home!

I slept till 7:30- I've exercised and I'm heading to the hot tub- dancing on linoleum tiles over concrete did a number on my hips - I set up every time I sit!!

I don't have but a minute...I just wanted to pop in and say HI to you ladies this morning....

but I need to say to Kayleigh.... Sweetie they all love being on their bellies!!!!! but it's dangerous!!! Having a baby sleep on their belly is the number one cause of SIDS....PLEASE PLEASE...talk to your pediatrician about this!!!

I will be back later today....

:plane: by here this morning also... Happy Sunday everyone!! Off to work for 4hrs and hubby also got called into work today, well the phone woke both of up at 4:30am that drives me:der:!! Anyway hopefully will get to go for a walk with MG after work its actually sunny here today. Gotta run :bolt:

Eeeeek trudy!!! Don't you hate it when that happens??? That's happening now to us on Jeff's nights off, bc if something major happens his officers have to call and report it to him now that he's the big man.

Ugh I'm SO EXHAUSTED!!!!! I stayed up super late last night reading wikipedia articles and browsing instructables. Now I'm waiting for Jeff to wake up so I can force him to return the socks I bought him and so he'll get his dad a thing of gummy bears for his birthday. I was hoping to go to church this morning now that our schedule allows us to, and because an old friend of mine now goes to our church bc her hubby is interning there, but I overslept. Pshhhhhh. Well, I have like 15 tabs open of articles I need to read and I have a spreadsheet calling my name to finish...

but I need to say to Kayleigh.... Sweetie they all love being on their bellies!!!!! but it's dangerous!!! Having a baby sleep on their belly is the number one cause of SIDS....PLEASE PLEASE...talk to your pediatrician about this!!!

Thanks! She was supposed to see him this past Wednesday but due to the snow storm they cancelled every appointment for the day. So I'll ask him this Wednesday when we are there.

(My heart sank when I read that, I was all excited, now I'm a little freaked out to do it again!)
