Well, better late than never, I guess! Wednesday is almost over but that's OK. I made it!
I left the house at 9:30 again this morning because I had an eye appt. Need a new prescription, which I could tell! I saved $100 by taking last year's glasses for them to put the new prescription in! Everything is so expensive!

Mark sent me a text while I was at the Dr. to ask if I wanted to do lunch. My appt. was at 10 and it was 10:45 when I was out. We normally go to lunch at 11 so the timing was perfect! I went straight to his work and picked him up and we went to lunch. After I took him back to work I came back home and finished the puzzle I was working on. I also did some filing and pitched some outdated insurance policy books. I did laundry in between.....or maybe i should say I did the other stuff in between loads of laundry!

By the time that was done, Mark was home. He got his shower and ate some leftovers for supper. We did our devotions and got ready for church.

Tomorrow I need to go through some more paperwork, etc. I also have to figure out how to send the walking shoes back to Amazon that I received on Sunday. I put them on this morning to wear and one of the things that the shoestrings thread through broke loose! Boy, that aggravates me! When you pay more than $100 for something you expect it to be perfect not tear up before you even get a chance to wear them! GRRRRR!

Anywho.....glad I got that off my chest, LOL!

OK, talk to you tomorrow sometime!

AMEN with the "climate change!"
You have lived in a lot of places, Cheryl. Was your DH in the services?
No, he was a Sales Director for General Motors and traveled all over the world. We got transferred several times, which was really a lot of fun! We almost got transferred to Korea once and I was really excited about it! Turned out, they chose a man who didn't have any children to add to the mix. They would have had to take our kids to a private school, in a limo, every day and it was more cost-effective to move a couple who didn't have children. :( I DID get to tag along with him on some of his trips, though.

Funny story - they ask him a lot of times if he was in the service (for discounts) and he always looks at me and says "Just to her." It always gets a laugh. :lol23:
