Drawn to the contrasting moods of the sea i've dipped my toes into the Color Play and the ocean so to speak with a brand spanking new EXTRA LARGE mixed media collection 'BRINE' that I’d love to share with you today 
Brine explores the raw, elemental and stripped back mood of the ocean . . . it leans into that feeling you can’t find anywhere else - standing at the edge of everything, where the world is pared down to just you and the tide and the present moment.
I had planned to start a new Hybrid Project for a while now, documenting some of our travel adventures as a family and Brine was the catalyst . . .

I just adore what Gaelle has done here with a photo manipulation. She's 'clipped' or 'snapped' her photo to one of the paint transfer elements from the kit to create a blenderly photo and a 'painted in' effect to the background paper.
She's paired it with my Overlays, Stamps and Messy Threads and Stitches from the Collection resulting in a gorgeous Mixed Media layout honouring what looks like a perfect water play adventure!
During Natasha's whirlwind trip through Spain, she took a day to just relax along the ocean in Begur. Her son had the best time just being a kid in the water
