I am sorry for the technical problems. When I posted, Photobucket was allowing third party hosting. Special thanks to Marleen for posting the image when the original one disappeared. I think the best way to take care of the problem is to post the image to the galley and then link it to the forum post ... unless someone has another suggestion.
