CoolGlows No. 3
A collection of 8 Glows delivered in colored .png format designed to add a cool tone *glow* to photos and papers in your layouts.
Move the CoolGlow of your choice onto your layout and apply a blending mode to the CoolGlow layer. These Glows function
particularly well with the Vivid Light blending mode as demonstrated in the preview, but you can experiment with any of the
blending modes available in Photshop and Elements. You can recolor these Glows to coordinate as desired.
