When I think of winter, I feel a mixture of emotions in my heart. There are aspects that make me smile and others that make me a little dejected. Winter brings shorter days, with the sun withdrawing its warm rays earlier and earlier. It is sometimes hard to get out of bed when it is still dark...

I used 3 papers to make the piled background. I used a paper warping action on the drop shadows of the two top papers. I clipped my large photo to a mask from Vicki Robinson's Travel kit. I took the dictionary paper overlays and placed them on the top background and then blended them slightly...
