The background is three layers. The bottom layer is a turquoise blue paper. The layer above that is a white paper with a black border and a blend mode of Darker Color is in use. The top layer is a room paper with a blend mode of Overlay.

I made this layout after seeing Diane's (Madi) layout which also uses the kit This Beautiful Fantastic by Fiddette Designs. I thought her idea of using half the drawing and half the colorized versions of the doll was very original! thank you for looking! the kit can be found in the store here...
