Hi All Im trying to resize a page for uploading into the gallery, I have never had a problem before.... I use PSE9, and when I resize to 72dpi and then try to save it at less than 250kb, the smallest I can get it down to is 286kb, and that is with the quality at zero..... what am I doing...
