Oh, hi Heather! Great to see you again! I had a hiatus from scrapping for a couple of years too. I was a bit rusty at first, but like Chris said: it's like riding a bike. It's still all in there in the brain.

@BoatLady The only thing I use nutmeg in is macaroni. I make a simple white sauce (flour, butter, milk, salt, white pepper, sugar and nutmeg) and pour over cooked macaroni. Stir, and serve with meatballs or sausage. And ketchup, of course!

@faerywings You boil the potatoes with just salt. I usually boil them un-peeled for about 20 minutes. I guess IKEA is the best bet to get lingonberry jam.

It sure is a good thing they send you an invitation here in Sweden. If I would have to schedule it myself, I would just forget it.

Today I'm going to have a mammogram. In Sweden, you get them every other year, from you're 40 til you're 74. It's free, which is such a blessing! Just thought I'd share this, as a friendly reminder to you all. Early detection can save lifes!

I saw it when it came on Netflix. I liked it, like you say, pleasant. Cute and funny. I'll probably watch it again, next December, when I start craving silly, simple, love stories.
