I'm still here slowly trying to get in the spirit and get things done.
Trudy, that would be lovely news about not fasting for blood work. No mention of that from my doc yet, but I'll be hoping. Your calendar page is gorgeous and I can see why they'd be a big hit with the family.

I'm never ready it seems. I too have cards that should go out just sitting. Gifts are pretty much under control. We wrap and display ones to each other on Christmas eve and open in the morning so that's fine. Dinner will just be us in some variation of roast or steak dinner.
I love this photo and needed an excuse to scrap it.

2014 is really racing toward the end. I'll do the next two weeks and then the last few days as a week 53 (since I started week 1 with a partial week). But, here is week 50.
Can it really be week 50? We've really enjoyed having warmer weather mostly without snow or ice.

Can I hop the ferry to Vancouver Island too? Sounds so inviting.
Phylis, glad you had fun with your DNA results. I've not gotten much out of mine yet.

Oh, Ulla-May, thank you so much. It was a fun challenge to accent the dark against bright. My DH said "Yikes" when he saw it and I didn't know if that was good or bad, but he said good.
