My adventure this summer was getting stuck in the middle of a herd of cows in the podunk town of Hanksville, Utah. Traveling through rural Utah, we turned around a curve and suddenly there were cows—many, many cows on the road. Right in front of us. Three cowboys were trying to coral them along...
