I would like to try that stitch--never heard of a "faux honeycomb." It's a magnificent sweater, and you've displayed it beautifully on your page. I've been doing top-down raglans lately just because I am NOT good at seaming! So you have inspired me!
This is beautiful...and I love your placement of that innocent-looking deer. Most of our rose campion didn't return this year for whatever reason...hoping the roots are dormant underground and will surprise me down the line.

Love this...both the design and the content. We have a little water feature for our birds, too, and it is endlessly amusing to watch them drink, bathe, and play.
You probably have some gorgeous hummers out your way--we have the ruby-throated and that's it. But the good news is...they migrated back to our yard on Monday and the feeder was outside and all ready. I love how you used the colors here--the hummer is the perfect focal point.
