Fun. He'll probably remember the lighting and the sounds. Stone was real freight across WY for 38 years. Such an interesting industry. My fave story was the circus train. Also, I can't wait until Oz gets the importance of Promontory Point. :cool:
So glad to hear the news of sky transfers. I've been working on my own since I've needed them for a long time. Hard to put big rig and happy place together in my mind at first, but I get it. A lot of Wyoming is this. ;)
I was kind of glad Baca National Wildlife Refuge wasn't open to the public, because if it were, the options for our short trip would be overwhelming. I also thought about all that land being available for wildlife without all the stresses that a steady stream of visitors will eventually pose.
