The picture was taken along the Avon River in Stratford, Ontario, during the summer festival. The photo was put thru a watercolor technique and dragged over the Dido paper from Shadowbox Notion set. Overlays and more elements were added. The font is Chocolate Box. Dido Designs Shadowbox...
