Oh, I remember when I discovered that - I had been wondering HOW people blend in photos and papers into background and when I stumbled upon the how-to tutorial, I felt like I'd just discovered America, and not something so many had known all along.

I love everything about digital scrapbooking. Like starting a layout and going with the flow, sometimes not knowing where I'll end up. Like reaching deep inside and letting my inner self create something beautiful. But I also LOVE the technical side of it. Playing with shapes, transparencies...

Not sure about favorite colors, though recenly I go more for white and pastels and earthy palette, but there are colors I hate and try to avoid at all cost - bright, bold primary colors like yellow, red, blue, green (though I love the soft 'soficticated'versions of those)... oh, and eveyrthing...

One of my scrapping goals for 2022 is embracing white space. Literally - I've been loving all these white backgrounds recently... and figuratively - less is more kind of thing. White space is hard for me, so I tend to use a template as a starter and... clutter it with stuff. Lol... This layout...

I LOVE templates because they let me get out of my comfort zone and create layouts I never would have thought of... I don't like sketches for some reason, even though they are just a form of scraplifting which is something I enjoy - figuring out HOW to acheive this or that look using my software...
