Love the journaling, and I'm in your boat--had to offload a bunch of stuff I don't use (but can't bear to delete) to an external drive. Love your bold beautiful layout!
The flower bouquet contrasted with the practical supermarket background--that kind of says it all to me about support. Love is often to be found in the details. Love your design.
Count me in on the journaling fan club. It's an art to draw those dotted lines among things--helps make sense of the Circle Game, doesn't it? Past, present, and future all really do connect. Emotional reading for me, and of course beautiful visuals, especially what you did with the Christmas cactus.
There's always fixin' to do, that's for sure. But there's also a feeling of rock-solid been-in-this-landscape-a-long-time that we love. Who knew an old house would turn out to be such a great addition to the family?
I have only two side shots for three babies and regret that...hence the snap snap snap on Emma and, yes, the body con movement has definitely liberated pregnant women from "confinement." Remember our maternity clothes? Infantile! Not so these days. Yup, the farmhouse is a sturdy soul from 1876...
Which is more exciting, the new baby (due date tomorrow) or the brand-new range for the farmhouse? Two focal points make for a good excuse for some over-the-top star-play.
I know what you mean about the mixed feelings about zoos/sanctuaries, I experience that too. Excellent work on the pandas though, and I especially like the greenery under the button--reminds me of bamboo.
