I tried, Ona! It's not that easy. Here is my result

It was a great challenge to work with Paint Shop. I've tried several filters (Halftone), but I can't get the desired result. It doesn't matter, being there is everything!

I absolutely had to use this lovely kit from Foxeysquirrel. I copied Paulchen's photo and edited the copy with Akvis Sketch. I superimposed the layers and cut out a colored part. Decorate around and done.

First, I masked my image, duplicated it, and then mirrored it. Then I added lots of colored transfers and brushes to style the scene. The last thing to do was to decorate with shells, stars and text
