This square is part of a new, year long visual journal project I've started based on Snippets by LostCoastPost that I saw on Pinterest. I'm creating a multi-page spread each week. At least two pages but maybe more. It'll contain mini projects, photos, lists, etc. This is my first mini project.
I used to use templates all the time. I seem to have stopped doing that in recent years. Not sure why. (I think part of it is guilt cause if someone says they like my page, I feel like it's not really my work.)
I struggle with very traditional scrapping layouts. (So weird, as I started out as a paper scrapper.) I just feel like my pages are so boring and look all the same. I still make the pages but I never love them.
