Well, if it isn't one thing - it is another... My printer works with the new Computer - Windows 11 - but the scanner doesn't work with Win11!!! Grrrr... Tried loading the scanner driver but it won't download... just hangs up. The good news is that my old computer has the scanner software and...
Finally cooled off this morning.. woke up to 65*F at 5 AM! Very light breeze blowing so I am enjoying having the house open. I got over half of the laundry done yesterday and am working on the rest of it this morning. I have more ambition when it is cooler in the morning. Just finished...
What a delightful photo of the happy people... I like the floating frame and the funny guy with the camera. The colorful background was perfect for the page. Thanks for joining the challenge.

Morning, all. It is a cooler morning... 65*F when I got up so have the house opened and a cool breeze is blowing through...AH.. feels so good!!! This is going to be a 'stay at home' day. The laundry hamper is over-flowing so that is on my must do list this morning. Need to get that started...
Just got back home about an hour ago... still learning how to use the Grocery Store's app.... GRRRR!!! Beginning to think it is not worth the effort to have to clip and then take photos w/cell phone. My cold fingers just don't work well with it.
And another gripe is that bag people always...
The phone rang at 3AM and woke me up... but they hung up before Caller ID got the number. Did a potty-call and the cell phone chirped but no call registered there!!! Thank goodness I was able to fall back asleep until 6:15AM. When I got up, I double checked both landline and cell phone again...
How adorable!!! Love the photos... and yes, I can see the ostrich in the viewfinder on the camera. Once in a lifetime capture!! Love the blue background. And the title with 'camera' in the circles. Thanks for sharing this us.

Did not scare me a bit as I have been on base when a "lock-down" happened more than once. It could be a 'training exercise', an alarm set off somewhere on base, or who knows what triggered it. People were able to go in and out of the Base Exchange and the commissary so I wasn't unduly concerned...
Yes, I am back home and made it before the temp hit 99*F.... it may even go over 100*F!!! Got to the base just after 9:15AM but it took 10 minutes to get checked through the gate... and noticed that the outbound cars were not leaving the base. Turns out the Base went on "lock-down" just as I...
Welcome home, @faerywings .... sorry about all the ketchup all over the place but @tanteva was trying to show us the ketchdown bottle and the lid came off as she was putting in place and SPLAT.... and some how we all managed to get splattered. :rotfl: Glad you had time to just sit and read...
Such a fabulous photo of Chuck... and like the beautiful colored wings. The text with the feelings you are experiencing is so touching. This is a very heart-touching LO. Thank you for sharing it with us.
