And Sara. Just looking at my layers palette in PSE there is a 'transparency lock' option. I've never used it but I wonder if it would help if you can't find another solution. Lock in the transparency of the png I mean. No idea. Just guessing.

A beautiful page. How lucky to have pink waterlilies in your garden! They grow wild in waterholes around here but the pink are rarer than the blue. Love how you used the mask and frame. I'll have to look up 'Paula Kesselring's Burn style'.
