Fun challenge but was tough for me...I used the dog splashing his water off and also tried to give him a painterly effect using the look of the city scene.

I went with the dog shaking his water off and kinda painterly look of him from the city scene.

It's certainly summer hear in Florida with the heat...so here we are in the pool. Tooks photos of my friend and her kids enjoying themselves.
