    Every weekday morning my husband gets up and does 30 minutes on his exercise bike, then jumps into the pool for a quick swim and THEN we have breakfast. Even when he travels for work, he gets up earlier and goes to the gym for his bike... I admire his persistence - he's been doing it for 2 years...
