It's also in PSE 23 under Fun Edits called Pop Art so I assume it's in all of the PSE's. Since I hadn't tried it for awhile I used it for Challenge 3 this month. I used the selection tool to change the colors on the faces to a softer version.

Great use of 52 Inspirations and yea for artistic license! I like how you enhanced your photo with all the layers and elements. Perfect background that depicts the cold you are having.
