A walk before sunrise listening to songbirds but not seeing them, then we started the drive as the sun came up. It wasn't long before we were stopped by several ducks owning the road. I didn't worry if I made them fly, but they stayed and let me take some photos. This was definitely a first for us.

We'd never know if a small rock started the crack or it was heat related, but we found it heading out for lunch on Tuesday. They'd install the new windshield in our driveway, and that made two windshields in under six months. As always glass insurance was a smart choice for us.

I worked on this page all day, thinking I'd change whatever I needed to, to make it work for the challenge. By the time the lift was posted, I decided it was good to go. ;)
