Thank you! It was one of those autofilters from Google Photos. I tweaked it a bit and copy-pasted the edits to all the other photos. The filter was necessary, rather than by design - the lighting was all wrong in the original photos and my daugher's blue hair (an experiment gone somewhat wrong)...
