Quick in and out this AM... waiting for the house to warm up so I can get my shower... Then it is off to the base to pick up my meds and do the commissary run. I was good yesterday - drank lots of water & checked the BP a few times. It stayed stable all day!! :) Just have to remember to avoid...

Oh, yes... I have to read in bed before I go to sleep. Usually read for an hour - sometimes much longer.

What a day yesterday was.... woke up to a winter wonderland with 6" of wet heavy snow. Power outages all over the area... tree limbs (they still have lots of leaves) breaking from the weight of the snow and taking down power lines and blocking streets. Then the temps went up (above freezing)...
