On this cold, wet and snowy April day I needed some colour! A good day to play with my flower photos and a lot of brush work.

As I type this a foot of wet snow has fallen this morning. A winter wonderland here.

The kitchen has been graced with blooms for the past few months. They love the light from this north-east facing window. I think this is the last from these plants for awhile.

I love having cut flowers on my tables. Tulips might be my favourites. They definitely brighten things up after a long winter and especially after a wild snow storm in April. I've kept these pages 'simple' and let the photos tell the story.

I have a red one and a vibrant pink one too. Working on layouts for them.:)

I decided to document my March mealtimes. Inspired by aAConnect session April 11,2022, I used a fotoinspired template, some paint stains and layered up elements to make a cluster.

Beautiful layout. There is something about Adirondaks on a dock that is so lovely. I can envisage myself with a book sitting on one of these.
