Super challenge, Susanne! Here's my LO - uses view finder at BeFunky plus, watercolor, poster edges, and mosaic filters from PSCCm

For the background I used paper 12 in Difference Mode over paper 16. Brought in the photo which uses the View Finder effect at BeFunky plus the Watercolor, Poster Edges, and Mosaic filters from PSCC. After that I just played with the paints, accents, and other elements over and under.

I recently discovered this gorgeous cabinet card of a distant cousin's wife on their wedding day in 1915 and just HAD to hand-tint it. Vicki's gorgeous collection made the rest easy!
