Thank you so much, Vicki! I have had general anesthesia before but never had a reaction to it. I guess that can happen sometimes or maybe they used a different type of medication.
As it turnd out, taking two Benadryls did not knock me out but kept me up all night. It’s crazy how it can have such different reactions, Usually it knocks me out. I ended up going to a walk in clinic yesterday and they gave me a steroid shot and prescription. I am feeling much better!
They check a dog's DNA because certain breeds are susceptible to different diseases and conditions. If they know what breed(s) the dog is they can be watching them to make sure they catch those things early.
Hey, Olga! Sleep studies are done when a patient is suspected of having sleep apnea. My husband and I both have sleep apnea. I will be going on Medicare in December so I need to have my sleep study redone and scored according to Medicare standards. Apparently their standards are different.
