I loved the chemistry too, although I think the first season is still my fave. I was surprised how much the story line deviated from the book. I never read the first book so I don’t know if it differed too but I kind of felt they padded the plot to fill more episodes.

We've travelled a lot over the years, but I still get a bit nervous every time I get on a plane. Mostly excitement about going somewhere new. I took this on a flight back to Canada from the UK in 2018. We had the best views over the Arctic that we've ever had.

Our garden backs onto a vineyard so we get quite a lot of wildlife around. Deer and marmots wander through and love to munch on my plants, while the raccoons and herons like to fish in the pond. We get chickadees, juncos, nuthatches, robins, waxwings, flickers, finches, ducks and hummingbirds in...

I haven't done much research over the past few years. I used to use Family Treemaker but didn't pay for updates for a while. I've been thinking of getting back into my research so I will have to look into Legacy. @Susan - s3js - just wondering how easy was it to switch over your database?

Reading, walking, knitting and travel these days. I spent ten years working on genealogy and loved to garden too, but not as much these days. I've also done some paper piece quilting.
