I changed the word art color by clipping a peach paper to the word strip and setting the blend mode to Lighten. I added the inked edge to the word art and the background paper using Inner Glow in Photoshop.

The background consists of three layers. The bottom layer is a white, textured paper from et designs. The top two layers are the same floral paper from Digi ARTventures. The layer right above the white paper has a blend mode of Color Burn. The top paper has a blend mode of Soft Light.
Love that floral page divider! And your choice of sandhill cranes. There are some that live just across the street from me and I am privileged to see them all the time.
Here's the page I did for the challenge. My crepe myrtle actually blooms and gets leaves in Spring. Everything else blooms yaer round. I am always happy when it blooms each spring.

Almost everything in my yard blooms year round. My crepe myrtle is the exception. It loses it's leaves in Autumn and blooms again in Spring.
