The background consists of three layers. The middle layers has bits of green paint and has a blend mode of Darker Color. The top layer has bits of blue and also has a blend mode of Darker Color.

I used the object selection tool in Photoshop for the extraction. I consider this one of the greatest tools ever added to Photoshop. :)

Helene was devastating to such a large area that it will take years to fully recover from this. There are towns in the Big Bend area of Florida where almost every home is gone.
