Oh, yeah.... I was just there myself with not enough posts and I made all kinds of stupid posts just to get my numbers up!
Then I found out I could just leave comments on LOs in the gallery to get my posts up. LOL!
I have two Los of the same photo. I like this larger and busier one better, but I have a feeling people in the know will like the smaller one better.
I keep pluggin' along!
Ninascraps Everyday Moments Paper 3
Oh, I love this! I'm going to lift this one for the September Spotlight...be thinking of me as I try to warp little squares to look like yours. Luckily the directions say "twist it, pull it, flick it, "bop" it", so if I totally mess up, I'll just act like it was supposed to...
I came home with some
photos of mother's retir-
ment home and realized
every single car in the
lot and every single car
in the carport was beige.
Oh, the car companies
might have different
names for the colors:
Champagne, Shoreline
Beige Sandy Beach,
Gold Mist, Antique Gold...
This is a pic of my mom and her best friend and maid of honor sitting on a car bumper in Chicago, 1943. I wanted to use it larger, but it is too blurry.
The red of the paper is my favorite color for scrapbooking.
I used
Paislee Press - Berry and Charcoal Vintage Bloom papers

This is why you should be nice to your little sister.
it took me AGES to find the perfect combination of colors to set off my older sister's lily-white fat rolls in this photo from 1948. I wanted them to be prominently displayed without letting on I did it on purpose. LOL!

OOoooh! This is wonderful! The colors are so pretty! I especially appreciate the preview - the papers are wonderful and I really like this new (new to me) style!
Congratulations!
THIS is what I want to do...I needed to add it to favorites because I am like a child in the shop...every pretty thing catches my eye and I can't find a "look" for a cohesive scrapbook. Wonderful page, and very inspiring. Thank you.
The photo treatment is so wonderful -- that one in B&W truly looks like it is from the 1960s. I thouht it was going to be a pic of your daughter and you at that age until I looked really closely. Great page!
I always forget to add my journaling to the description

Lucy has moved to the big city, but luckily she still has friends in town and visits them(and us) often. But she doesn't pose for pictures for me!
