Looking at the Inspiration Art, I just felt he just went crazy with the paint, so that's what I did. Used the solid paper no. 4 from Art Palette Kinsfolk. Then clipped and duplicated the photo to one of the 12 x 12 fotoblendz a couple of times and changed the blend modes around. Then I needed...
