Does anyone have a recipe for George Columbaris’ meatball recipe?
This came up in master chef australia and as I do not live in Australia I cannot get the recipe I am absolutely itching to make it as the confit shallots and garlic with eggs potatoes and Parma ham have really intrigued me, sorry I’m sound like a dog either way a bone x
Weather her is 3 degrees and a bit foggy so cold and to get colder x hope you are organised for Xmas
