What do you do with your pumpkin?

I don't carve pumpkins, but I was thinking of buying a pumpkin for foid now that they are available in the stores. They are hard to find here in Sweden normally. At least in this hillbilly town of mine.

Hence my question: what do you do with your pumpkin?

We carve our large pumpkins so we can't cook them later.
We put them on top of our compost pile so the squirrels and other wildlife can eat them. Whatever is left over gets turned into the compost.

Hanging my head in shame...we didn't even get a pumpkin this year to carve. And all that we ever do is throw them away. Maybe next year....
