You seem to be having good results despite your struggle, hope to see more pages. I like how you have used a variety of items and images to chronicle the week.
I used to use PaintShop Pro and love it, but was jealous of all the styles that Photoshop had. So I bought photoshop and used it to do special effects and used Paint Shop Pro for my main layout work. I finally just told myself I need to go cold turkey and learn the new program. So I did, was slow and frustrating, but with the help of online tutorials and on line scrapping friends I grew comfortable with it and have never gone back to Paint Shop Pro.....so the whole point of this story is don't get to frustrated, take it slow and it will become second nature to you. BTW you did an awesome job on this layout.
