I made my photo look more painterly with the Artistic filters in Photoshop. In a new document I clipped the photo to brushes from APP Wish. One was set to Multiply Blendmode. I placed the background paper and added all the transfers and brushes. I placed the elements and typed the text. I placed the Doily Edge Overlay and did some recoloring. I placed the Wordart. After the merging of the layers I did some sharpening and a little Dodge work.
