the photo is clipped to four masks layered (normal, normal, hard light, soft light). the artstrokes, splatters, and urban stitchez were added over the masked photo layers. to add a little more dimension, i rough cut around three of the blossoms using the quick selection tool. i created a mask from this shape and shadowed it. that layer is over all of the other layers. i did the same thing for the vase. the bokeh layers were added as a group to saturate some of the colors. i added the title and it was done.
