I made my photo a bit more vibrant and artsy in photoshop with the Artistic filters.
In a new document I placed the photo and gave it a frame
I placed the backgroundpaper.
I started playing with all the brushes and transfers. Some were (re)colored.
I added all the elements.
I typed my text.
I merged the layers and did some sharpening.
I gave the page a warm photofilter at 8%
