Process: I started with three artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Chills and ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland. I rotated and flipped these and blended these together with the blend mode set to Linear Burn. I used the Clone Stamp Tool to each of the papers to get rid of areas I didnt like. I added the photo and clipped it to a brush from ArtPlay Palette Winter Wonderland and adjusted it with different brushes from both APPs. I used elements , brushes, transfers and overlays from the two APPs and also from ArtsyBlendz Snow Elements and CrochetedSnow No. 2. Most of these were recolored to white and some got an Bevel and Emboss effect. I adjusted the colors and lights along the way and finished the page with the title where I used DieCut AlphaNumberSet No. 2.
