My mom used to sing this song to us when we drove in the car running errands. Along with My Grandfathers Clock, White Coral Bells, I Found a Horseshoe, and many more. We loved singing even though none of us could carry a tune. When you were born, you got several CDs of kids songs and Grandfather Clock and Waltzing Mathilda were on them. I burst out sobbing. I thought about how much she would have loved to be singing these songs with you. But I know that she, in her own way, had a hand in picking out the best sing-alongs for you.
