Placed Amaranthine SolidPaper 5 on a new canvas, adding a hue/sat adjustment to coordinate with my photo. I placed the UTFB frame1_1 on the canvas, added my photo to the main mask, duplicated my photo to clip to the texture layers. Beneath the layers of the photo and frame I used brushes from artsy paint and spackle textures for extra texture and extend the boundaries of the photo which spilled out of the frame.
