The Process
I began with the selection with a solid paper (1) for my background. I wanted a warmer look to the page and layered solid papers 3 and 5 over it with the blending mode changed to soft light. I duplicated my photo and changed the blending mode to hard light and reduced the opacity. I clipped a transfer from AP Snap Shot to the top layer and changed the blending mode to hard light and reduced the opacity of this also. Next, I clipped all layers of my photo to a 12x12 page fotoblendz mask, and reduced the size a bit. I hid the background layer of the Artsy Kardz Golden Glory and merged all the other layers together. Then I placed the kardz over my photo and changed the blending mode to color burn, duplicated it again, this time changing the blending mode to hard light and reduced the opacity. Elements, brushes, multimedia branches, word art and stitchez were added to complete the page.
