Challenge #5 - Artsy: Quote - June 2017 at Oscraps

The quote for this challenge first made me think of my kids, but that seems like I have done that a lot already. As I thought more about time and growing and changing, I remembered our little "baby" who is the midst of growing, and well- now mostly changing. Scott brought home a milkweed plant from work a couple of weeks ago and we thrilled to see that there was a monarch caterpillar on the leaves. Over the course of the next week, he munched through (more than) one nice green leaf until he was ready to form his cocoon. We all check on Very Hungry (that is what we named him- or her) for signs of him (or her) to be ready to emerge as a butterfly.
